Introduction: Klondike Solitaire is perhaps the most popular solitaire card game around. It is easy to play, very relaxing, and doesn't take a lot of time per game.
Lifeboat is very similar to Double Klondike, except that there are 11 tableau piles, and no redeals are allowed.
Goal: Build up all cards in sequence, from ace to king, on the eight foundation piles.
Time: About 10-12 minutes
Wins: Often
Decks: Two Decks
Layout: Lifeboat is arranged in a very similar way to Double Klondike, except with 11 tableau piles. Here is a sample initial layout of a Lifeboat game.
Play: Play Lifeboat in the same way you would play Double Klondike, with the exception that there are no redeals allowed..
Gaps: Gaps in the tableau in Klondike are made when all of the cards are moved out of a column of the tableau. When this happens, the gap may only be filled with a king (or a valid sequence with a king at the start of the sequence).
Redeals: In this variation of Klondike, there are no redeals.
